What type of people can I expect to meet at Thermo Boot Camp?
You'll meet people just like yourself: People who seek discipline in an organized group, who want to do something different, someone who just needs a little push to jump-start their fitness and wellness program.

What is a typical day at boot camp like?
No workout session is repeated during your four weeks of training. We keep your interest and your curiosity levels high in anticipation of the workout
s. One day could be an endurance day; another could be a strengthening day; yet another could be an obstacle-course day. At Thermo Boot Camp, we work to challenge every muscle in your body, from your fast-twitch to your slow-twitch muscle fibers, keeping your body challenged and your mind interested at the same time.

Will I be sore?
In a word, yes. The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to.
However, once you acclimate to the program, you'll feel sore less often throughout the remaining six weeks. Remember, it's a good thing! We work on stretching, warm-ups, and cool-downs to help minimize the soreness.

How soon will I start seeing results?
Within the first week and sometimes, within the first three days! It's not uncommon to see as much as 3-8 pounds of weight loss after the first week. Remember, everyone is different. If you follow the program and nutrition guide with maximum effort, you can expect to see amazing results, such as increased muscle tone, loss of inches from head to toe, increased stamina, better sleep, faster metabolism (which burns the stored body fat), and most of all, the happiness that comes with being a healthier person! Remember, everyone is different and your lifestyle and diet outside boot camp will make a huge difference!

How many times a week can I attend?
Thermo Boot Camp offers the Mother of All Boot Camp specials. Once you’ve registered as a Thermo Boot Camp participant, you can attend as many classes a week that your schedule allows (three times minimum). We have people that show up five times weekly with no additional costs. We DARE you to get your money’s worth!

What do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5 - 10 lb. dumbbells, an exercise mat, a jump rope, good pair of running shoes, and water. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and workout gloves.

Do we still work out when it's raining?
Absolutely! Rain or shine, we are working out! This is boot camp, military-style, where has little rain never hurt anyone! 

What happens when the four-week session ends?
On the last day of boot camp you will be re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Graduation dates will be announce and rewards for individuals who have gone "over and above" the call of duty. You'll receive an Thermo Boot Camp T-shirt to wear with pride. You may also find yourself in the 80 percentile of those who return, having acquired a healthy addiction to Thermo Boot Camp!

What if I can’t perform a certain exercise?
We will give you modified, low-impact drills as an alternative to strengthen your body so that you will be able to condition weak areas.

How often will we meet?
Boot campers will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during the program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts promptly at 6:00 AM or 6:30 PM! Sessions durations are one hour per day.

Is there a drop in charge if I don't want to join the full camp?
If you just want to come once or twice a week, the drop in charge is $20. Or if you have a friend who is visiting who would like to join in for a few days! The charge is $20.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each 4-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299. That’s 20 hours of instruction -- which averages out to just $14.95 per hour, but wait, now you can take advantage of both the am and pm classes, which now averages $7.47 per class. Personal trainers can typically charge $50 to $120 per hour for their services -- this is a great chance to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

Do I have to go 5 days a week?
You can also choose to come 3 days per week for a discount of $100. Total cost is just $199. Generally, you would attend the Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions. However, we are very flexible and can accommodate any 3-day/week combination that will work best for you.

Why can't I just buy a fitness equipment and exercise at home?
Really think about your situation for a moment. The better question is how much money did you already waste on fitness equipment?  How much more money do you want to throw away?  Do you have a treadmill that is now your most expensive hanger? There are thousands of infomercial products on television that promise solutions but are just a complete waste of time and money.  Just ask yourself........"How Much More Money Will You spend on Fitness/Weight Loss Products that Do Not Provide Any Real Results?"

I am very interested.  How do I sign up for your class?
Simply go to the sign up page and make sure to follow the instructions provided.  We accept cash, check, or credit card.  After we receive your payment, we will contact you to evaluate your fitness goals along with your fitness level.  

What is “bring a friend day?”
Every Monday you will be able to bring a friend to workout with you.  Since the nature of my business is mostly word of mouth, you are encouraged to bring a friend every Monday.  If your friend decides to join, we will reward you with $20 cash to show our appreciation. Friends are allowed to attend once every 6 months.

Why is Thermo Boot Camp superior to a traditional Gym Membership?
The modern Gym membership is no longer a viable solution for the working adult. The majority of full time workers do not have the time or energy to design an effective workout AND more importantly, stick to it. As a result, those who choose a gym membership typically fall into the same old routine. Isolate muscles, 3 sets of 12, add weight as you go, end with 20 minutes of "cardio." Your body adapts to this routine and produces little results. At Thermo Boot Camp, we design all of the exercises for you and make sure that your routine is never the same. Constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity is what you will find here.

Do you have a refund policy?
No, we don't offer refunds. If you miss time due to business travel, vacation, or illness, we will be happy to credit that time toward your next boot camp session. This credit is nontransferable. However, we must be informed of your circumstances immediately. There is no monetary refund and this is non-negotiable. Individual boot camps work on a set schedule.
